Our New Routine Due To Quarantine

We hope everyone has been staying safe, healthy and active during these trying times. Covid-19 is definitely affecting everyone in many different ways. Some have been fortunate to be able to continue to work and others have been able to use their new found free time to, discover new hobbies & skills, educate, bond & grow relationships with friends and family. All we can do is stay positive and make the most of this situation. It has definitely been hard having to take some time away from all our fury friends... but we did use our time away to gain more knowledge that we can apply to our Pet Services. We believe it is important to stay educated and up to date on understanding and properly caring for our pets. We want you to feel comfortable and at ease while leaving your pets in our hands. That being said we are happy to say we are accepting bookings as of tomorrow, April 28, 2020.

We want to reassure you that we will be following new protocols to ensure everyone is protected from the spread of Covid-19. Until further notice, we will not be engaging in dog boarding/Pet boarding or group walks, we will only be providing individual dog walks. We will be practicing proper social distancing while entering your home, wearing masks, carrying hand sanitizer and practicing proper hand washing before and after walks. Lysol wipes are also accessible in our vehicles and place of business to ensure all frequently touched surfaces are being sanitized on a regular basis. Dogs will not be allowed to get close to other dogs passing by on our walks, unless we are advised otherwise by you.We will continue to not allow dogs to drink from communal water bowls during our dog walking.

We would also like to ask a few things from you to help us keep everyone safe and protected from the spread of Covid-19:

-Inform us if you have travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days, come into contact with anyone who has travelled outside Canada in the past 14 days, come in contact with anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19, and if you are currently or at any point start experiencing any symptoms during the time we are providing services for you.

-Please keep your dogs leash(es) at the front door so that we can limit/minimize our time spent in your home.

We appreciate your cooperation and patience throughout the next little while. Please let us know if there is anything else you feel we should be doing to help keep each other protected.

We are so excited to be back in business and look forward to seeing some friendly & familiar faces!
